Claim NFT

1.1 How to claim NFT

Users connect Landing Page and wallet to enable button Claim to mint and receive Hero (users sign and pay gas mint).

When the transfer is complete, the system sends an email notifying that the heroes has been granted and the user can enter the game to play. 

1.2 Condition to claim NFT

Users in Individual or Guilds must register on the Page or direct contract with Hero Arena Support Team

After registering, the system save the information and Hero Arena Support Team will view and moderate the information

When admin team considers the information relevant, arrange a meeting to interview the user via Google Meet or Chating 

The Hero Arena Support Team approves the user’s scholarship, and the user can claim Heroes. 

1.3 Note

Users only use Heroes on the game. Users cannot transfer, purchase, or burn heroes on the market or on a BSC scan.

Hero Arena Support Team saves the tracking history of the user’s minimum online time, the minimum battle (information taken from the game page) and a warning for marketing and the user if 2 consecutive days do not meet the conditions.

Each pool has a different number of time regulations and battles. If the user does not meet 1 of the 2 conditions above for 2 consecutive days, they will be on the warning list.

Warning: Hero Arena Support Team has the right to revoke by burning the number of existing heroes of the user.

1.4 Steps to claiming hero

Step 1: Go to the website and connect the wallet.

Step 2: After connecting the wallet, the user selects My item.

Step 3: Hero Arena Support Team approve the user’s scholarship. User clicks the button Claim to mint and receives NFT

At this step, you need to pay the BNB gas fee to claim NFT. The amount of BNB will show on metamask transaction. Click accept to complete this step. If the gas fee is too high, you must contact us to resolve your problem (it means your transaction is pending).
Step 4: The NFT has been granted, and the user can enter the game to play. Each wallet in the pool has 5 heroes, but the quality of the hero in each pool is different

2. Deposit

2.1 How to Deposit

The user deposits Hera at https://payment.heroarena.app/. The user deposits Hera into the game to use in-game features

2.2 Condition to Deposit

The user’s wallet must have min 10,000 Hera.

2.3 Note

No fee when depositing.

Deposit minimum 10,000 and max unlimited.

2.4 Steps to Deposit

Step 1: User selects Deposit and inputs Hera

Step 2: The user follows steps on the below.

If the user successfully deposits while the user is not login to the game page. Next, users log in to this page without seeing the balance. Users should return to the NFT market https://nft.heroarena.app/. Then, the user selects Profile and Deposit again

3.1 How to Withdraw

The user withdraws HEGEM exchange at the link https://nft.heroarena.app/

When withdrawing, subtract HEGEM in-game, then use the admin wallet to transfer HEGEM to the user’s wallet

3.2 Condition to Withdraw

Game users receive HEGEM, and user withdraw to withdraw HEGEM from the game to the wallet on the blockchain

3.3 Note

Withdraw collects fees according to the formula: 0-9999 HEGEM (40%)

10,000-49999 HEGEM (20%) 50,000-99999 HEGEM (5%)
